Christian Aid Chocolate Cake Recipe

175g (6oz) Margarine
175g (6oz) Sugar
40g (1.5oz) Cocoa Powder
150g (5oz) Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Milk
3 Medium Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Mix ingredients in a bowl.
Spoon in to a lightly greased microwave-proof bowl and cook on full power for seven minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute and then turn out of the dish.
